Victor is thin and lean young man with short black hair and light blue eyes. Standing at 5ft 10in and weighing in at 135lbs. Victor can normally be seen wearing simple clothes, normally a thin long sleeved shirt/sweater that can be black, dark grey, or light grey. Sometimes he wears blue jeans or just some other kind of pants.
In his werewolf form and the full moon, his fur is pitch black like his hair and his eyes do remain blue, however they have a brighter look to them and he looks just like a normal wolf except for a bit bigger in height. Sometimes when he gets really angered as a human, his eyes gain a glow to them that shows the wolf within more.
If he loses control and transforms any other day that isn't the full moon. He keeps his lean appearance, black fur, and blue eyes. However he gains a foot in height and ends up being 6ft 10.

PERSONALITY:
Victor is generally a very nice guy, often doing what he can to lend a hand to others. He's kind hearted and can often be seen trying to cheer others up or cheer them on. Having confidence in them and believing in them. He's very modest, hardly ever saying that he's actually good at anything.
With these things said, he doesn't really have faith in himself. So you could say he's low on self confidence. He's also clumsy, this adds onto his low self-confidence. At times he does seem to be a bit like a young adult, wanting to have fun and relax. So sometimes some of the fellow staff might not take him all that seriously; just depends on their views on him.
While naturally, a person with low self-confidence would step aside. Victor isn't that low on his self confidence, there are times when he will stand up and face a challenge. Usually he gets motivated to this by the desire to help someone out. So he does have his brave moments. In according to this, it is possible to see a bad side of Victor. Usually, Victor is a kind person who is clumsy and that few take serious in terms of profession and the way he acts. However, once mad enough, one might think he's a different person. Anything thing about him is that he doesn't give up easily when he's investigating something, this usually happens when something seems really strange to him and if it's tied to a friend of his or just something that happens to him.

HISTORY:
Victor was born to a normal human family. Nothing special ever went on in his school life, he was the only child to his parents and he didn't really have any friends. HE was always found lost within books and doing his school work that he didn't really interact with others that much. After the graduation ceremony, there was a party at night in the woods. His parents had pretty much dragged him there and he was completely miserable. Instead of staying there or calling up his parents for a ride; knowing they wouldn't give him one anyway. He decided to walk home through the woods and had crossed paths with a werewolf, though he wasn't aware of that at the time. When he tried to just walk past it, the werewolf lunged at him and bite him in the shoulder.
After the bite, the werewolf just seemed to run away and left him there. He managed to get out of the woods and he did go to the doctor the next day for the bite. Afterwards he thought everything was fine but he was soon proven wrong when the next full moon came by. Thankfully no one was around when it happened and no one had gotten hurt. Though the next day, Victor himself was terrified and he decided to leave his home town. Originally he didn't see any reason to stay since the town was so small but now he didn't want to hurt his parents. While moving to a city might not be the best idea, he only went there due to applying for a job in the town/city's library and managed to get it.
